Who is eligible for the weight loss program at MySlimMed?

The SlimMed weight loss program is designed for individuals who are struggling with obesity, diabetes, or weight-related health concerns. To be eligible, patients must not have a history of medullary thyroid cancer or other conditions that could make the treatment unsafe. Before starting the program, each patient undergoes a personal consultation to ensure that the program and medication are both safe and effective for their specific health needs.

What happens after I sign up for the program?

After you sign up for the SlimMed weight loss program, the next step is to participate in a consultation with one of the medical weight loss providers.

What can I expect during my consultation?

We will review your medical history, weight loss goals, and current health to determine the best personalized treatment plan for you based on your individualized needs. We will discuss medication options and dosage and educate you on how to achieve the best results while on the medication.

Can I see a provider in person instead of through telemedicine?

Yes, SlimMed offers both in-person and telemedicine consultations, giving you the flexibility to choose the option that works best for you.

What happens if I am not approved for medication?

Although most people will qualify for medication due to its many benefits, on the rare chance you are not approved, you will only be responsible for the cost of the consultation ($150 non-refundable), and you will be issued a refund for the subscription. We will also be happy to discuss other non-surgical and surgical options for weight loss that are available to you through our partners.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, SlimMed allows patients to pause or cancel their subscription at any time without any extra fees or penalties.

How do I locate my receipt or billing statement?
